We will refund you the full cost of your order for any orders that do not reach you by the end of the FedEx shipping day on Oct. 31st due to delays by FedEx. While FedEx delays are rare they do happen from time to time. If FedEx has a delay while shipping your package and it arrives after Oct 31st simply write refused on the package and we will refund you when we receive the item back.

FREE STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHOD
Downtown Wear, LLC uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground as the standard shipping method. International, APO, and PO Box orders are shipped using the Postal Service as well. All 50 United States and US Territories will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail once orders are shipped provided that a valid e-mail address is given during checkout. Tracking information is not available for APO addresses. Orders will be received within an average of 2-5 business days from the ship date. The delivery time for this free shipping method is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Express Shipping at an additional charge as indicated below. If you are unable to sign after the attempted deliveries a notice may be left to pick the package up at the post office.
EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS or FedEx is used at our discretion for all express orders. Orders received by 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 EST will ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. International orders using FedEx will be received within an average 2-5 business days depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. Downtown Wear, LLC is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred by the customer. This method is more expensive. However, TRACKING INFORMATION IS GIVEN ON THIS METHOD AS LONG AS THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED IS VALID.

OPTION 2: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Downtown Wear, LLC is not responsible for the duration of time customs holds orders beyond 4-6 business days. Yandy.com is not responsible for any customs charges that may be issued by customs.
